is it ever healthy to lust after something that you never, ever will have?

i dunno, don't people always like to go after things which they can't ever have? and i feel that i've been doing so for the past month. i keep lusting after things that i couldn't have or probably don't even need. yet, the temptation is there.

i actually very much prefer the lusting and chasing after affair. i guess i'm being too weird. or as i self proclaim -- commitment phobia.

i dislike anything that has to do with "contracts", "agreements", "engagements", "authorizing" and the likes of it. cos i simply do not like to be bounded. i like to be given the choice of moving on as and when i feel like it. i think i'm jaded for long enough already.

yet with age comes responsibility. such irony. so it all brings down to the question again: "to stay, or not to stay?"
