just came back from a meet up with the girls! long, long time since we last had a good chat over coffee.. & i've decided - teppanyaki will be my choice for all meals now.. (:(:(:

I've got pretty cool presents this year!!
- A Blusher! (I was damn happy to get it cos my old one was broken to pieces - i didn't smash it ok, but was too broke to get a new one)
- A white top
- A Necklace
- A coin purse
- A tin of home-made cookies
- A Book (7 things you must do & see before you die.. hahaha.. how Dee, but i love her card most! (: )
- A foot scrub pack from darling wen! (just wad i need for my tired feet!)
- Bath set from Elinn!
- 1/2 of a return trip air tix to HK - credit to Emperor Lee.. according to him.. the other 1/2 will be my birthday gift.. not bad, not bad.. EXCEPT I DIDN'T GET THE MONEY YET. NO. :(

Though i didn't have much of the X'mas feel this year.. but oh well.. I enjoyed the party and hanging out.. i didn't get to eat turkey this year!! AH!!! but i had loads of log cake... looking forward to the gathering this fri @ Soup Restaurant! my fave soup!! YUM YUM YUM

and darn that wenlin.. she actually bought a whole pack of hello kitty stickers for me!! i so know that she's gonna buy some hello kitty stuff for me one fine day.. and there it is! those offensive stickers fell out from my x'mas card and elinn couldn't stop laughing. :( but seeing that her present is the one i like the most.. i fang ta yi ma.
to think that they were outright planning to decorate my birthday venue with HELLO KITTY BALLOONS & PINK STREAMERS in front of me. what's wrong with my friends????

i've been yet again "reminded" by them about my arrogant looks.. the "i'm too atas for you" look.. i do feel a sense of helplessness whenever people tells me that. but i shall heed Elinn's words - i shan't try too hard to look friendly.. BECAUSE I REALLY AM EXTREMELY, FANTASTICALLY FRIENDLY & YOU KNOW IT!! :D
